To initiate the data deletion process, please follow these steps:

1.2 Provide Account Information: In your email, provide the following information to help us locate and delete your data:
- Full name associated with the account
- Email address associated with the account
- Any additional information that may assist us in identifying your account
- Verification and Confirmation
To ensure the security of your data, we may need to verify your identity before proceeding with the data deletion request. Our Data Protection Officer will guide you through the verification process if necessary. Once your identity is confirmed, we will proceed with the data deletion.
- Deletion of Data
Upon verification, we will delete your data from our systems as soon as reasonably possible, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please note that some residual copies of your data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period before being permanently erased.
- Confirmation of Deletion
We will notify you via email once your data has been successfully deleted from HomeNestlers. Please allow a reasonable time for us to complete the process.
